Very unhappy customer! I purchased this several months ago for my dog to wear at my wedding. On the big day, it lasted all of 20 minutes before tearing off at the leash clasp. My elderly, 30-pound dog isn't exactly a brute, and upon closer examination of the torn fragment, it was easy to see just how poor quality the stitching was. After contacting the seller for a refund, they alleged the leash itself was to blame because it may not have been compatible. Seriously?? The seller then refused my refund request. Yes, I purchased this collar several months ago, but it was part of my wedding planning! It sat in a cool, dark, box along with my dress and other items (the dress, by the way, did not fall apart after 20 minutes).If you love your dog and want it to be a part of your wedding, a bow tie is definitely a cute, corny touch. However, think twice before buying from Dog in the Closet, as this piece of junk item was more varmint than garment. Shame.
